Presenter Bio:
Mark Miller is the COO of Merritt Clubs with over 25 years of experience at the Senior Management level. He has a broad range of expertise including, club management, sales, revenue generation, personal training, programming, budgeting, and Cultural and service design in multi-company environments.
Mark has served 7 years as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for both the United States Bobsled and Skeleton Federation and The Washington Capitals Hockey Team. He has a B.S. Degree in Exercise Physiology from Salisbury University, where he graduated Cum Laude, a Master's Degree in Exercise Science in Health from George Mason University, and completed his sports medicine training at West Chester University. Mark also holds several certifications from the NATA, NSCA, and NSPA organizations.
Mark has spoken at several industry events including The IHRSA Institute, IHRSA Convention, MACMA, NEHRSA, Club Industry, and other shows locally and nationally. He trains and certifies other trainers, sits on a round table of Executives as both a chair and participant, and writes for industry magazines, as well as consults for other clubs and operations.
