CAMPBELL, CA—March 5, 2019—At its tenth consecutive appearance at the 38th Annual IHRSA International Convention & Trade Show this month in San Diego, JumpSport Fitness will showcase new, innovative programming and products for the increasingly popular category of fitness trampolines.
“As health clubs, boutiques and individuals are continually searching for different ways to exercise, JumpSport Fitness offers unique workouts and commercial fitness trampolines that add novelty and excitement and help boost adherence and retention,” said Forrest Bless, vice president of marketing at JumpSport.
At the show, two new live classes are being held on Thursday, March 14 for attendees:
- Take “Barre” to New Heights! (6:30 a.m.) Internationally acclaimed presenter and creator of bootybarre BOUNCE Tracey Mallett will deliver a high-intensity, low-impact fusion workout that combines the cardio and instability benefits of the trampoline with the toning effects of barre. The ballet barre attached to the trampoline allows for a true fusion of Pilates, dance, yoga and cardio.
- Battle of the Bounce! (7:30 a.m.) Canadian award-winning presenter Krista Popowych, along with Andrea Peña and Karen Molina of Fit 7/8, the fastest-growing fitness trampoline studio in Mexico, will lead a rhythm-infused total-body workout that includes explosive choreography, Latin influence and hard-core training.
For fitness professionals seeking in-depth trampoline training, live or online certification courses are available from JumpSport Fitness, Tracey Mallett, and Suzanne Bowen (creator of BarreAmped BOUNCE). And exercisers can take advantage of JumpSport’s new HIIT programing on its on-demand streaming site, JumpSport Fitness TV, which now includes two 45-minute Tabata routines that ramp up intensity but don’t require any additional equipment beyond the fitness trampoline.
Featured at JumpSport’s booth (#1125) at the trade show will be the new Quick-Release Handle Bar, which offers stability and ease of attachment and detachment from the trampoline, thereby facilitating fast, smooth transitions between different class formats and simplifying stacking and storing the trampolines.
Also, the company will be demonstrating its 300, 300 PRO and 500 PRO series of commercial fitness trampolines, as well as the PlyoFit PRO, which converts any size JumpSport Fitness Trampoline with arched legs into a plyometric rebounder for jumping, bodyweight exercises and heavy medicine ball drills. New, reinforced mats will be shown at the booth, along with a robust rolling storage cart to demonstrate the ease of maneuvering 10 trampolines at a time.
