SACRAMENTO, CA—December 24, 2019—For the past 40 years, Kevin Bryant, health club expert and industry veteran has been working within the fitness industry in almost every capacity. As a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he attended on an athletic scholarship as a high jumper clearing 7’ 1” some 40 years ago. His career path started as a school physical education teacher, but Kevin quickly transitioned into the club business as a professional fitness trainer and director. Within months, he took his first position in sales and product development working for some of the most prominent branded equipment companies in America.
Today, Kevin has accepted the position as the Heart Zones Vice President of Clubs and Fitness Centers. He is directly responsible to drive the company’s mission is to get America fit by motivating minds and engaging hearts. Using Heart Zones open-technology platform of individual and group data tracking, display, storage, and sharing using wearable and equipment based fitness tech along with a deep commitment to education and patented methodology, the product and services of Heart Zones are a perfect match for Bryant’s experiences and passions.
With natural entrepreneurial and sales instincts, Kevin has successfully helped several companies expand their brand and market share. Additionally, he opened his first health club that primarily served the 40+ population in Denton, Texas, with his wife of 35 years, Tina. Although they later sold their local club, Kevin’s lifetime dedication to “Be Well. Live Active.” continues on in his professional and personal lifestyle to continue to help others get and keep fit.
Bryant’s lifetime commitment to personal fitness includes daily workouts using the three pillars of Heart Zones: technology, education, and patented methods. He has completed several long distance running, biking and Master’s track events improving his performance using mobile and equipment-enabled technology.
