August 6, 2019—A new concept to increase personal fitness and improve vitality in just 20 minutes per week—fit20 USA—is announcing the official launch of its national franchise program with a grand opening of its newest studio in Stafford, VA, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. This is a relevant, timely business and job-growth story as fit20 USA expansion plans are targeting the District/Maryland/Virginia, in particular, with studios in Richmond and Northern Virginia.
Among the guests joining us for the grand opening ceremony on August 14 is Robert Cresanti, President and CEO of the International Franchise Association. Tours, ribbon-cutting ceremony and an opportunity to meet business leaders and local policymakers will take place at the new studio in Aquia Park in Stafford, starting at 3 p.m. (more information below).
The fit20 concept is well-established outside the U.S., with more than 16,000 members and 150 locations primarily in Europe. It provides a unique private, noise-free environment geared to accommodate busy schedules and reflect personal physical requirements—an alternative to lengthy, sweaty, crowded gyms workouts. Members meet weekly with a personal trainer—experts in the fit20 training method—to ensure a safe and highly effective workout experience with a circuit of specialized strength training machines to create a full-body workout. Training slowly with high-quality resistance equipment is powerful and increases strength and muscle with noticeable results in as little as three months. Key elements of the fit20 approach include:
- always with a personal trainer and by appointment
- exercise without changing clothes or showering in climate-controlled environment
- no distracting music, mirrors or group workouts
- only 20 minutes per week
There are two studios in Stafford County, as well as the flagship location in Traverse City, MI.
If you can’t join us on August 14, we are happy to schedule a private tour and can arrange phone interviews with founders, owners and other subject matter experts. Thank you for your time, and please let us know if you are interested.
