The new StairMaster High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Online Instructor Certification Course offers an easy to follow system, comprised of interval training protocols that can be mixed and matched on a variety of equipment. Simple execution and scientifically sound programming provide maximum impact on small group training programs for ultimate member engagement.
