Richard Idgar's passion for health and fitness began in 2003 when he started a nine-year collaboration with Gold's Gym in Hollywood, California. The position with Gold's Gym helped to develop Richard's management style, sales acumen and team mentorship. In addition to his inspiring leadership, Richard is also an experienced entrepreneur. He enjoyed two successful years as the owner and operator of Fit Food LLC. Under Richard’s guidance, the company enjoyed growing success, catering for high-profile television shows and movie studios including American Idol, Glee, So You Think You Can Dance and Warner Brother Studios. After selling his company in 2012, Richard relocated to New York City to join the Equinox Fitness team. This endeavor proved to be enormously rewarding and led Richard to oversee the Equinox Sports Club West acquisition in the heart of Manhattan. Richard joined EōS Fitness in 2015 when the brand was just starting out with 16 locations. Now at nearly 100 locations throughout the U.S., Richard’s current role as chief operating officer at EōS Fitness affords him the opportunity to continue mentoring and coaching managers while developing and elevating this extraordinary brand.
